I can generally get max speed on ppsspp with certain submenus requiring frameskipping, but the inconsistent audio can be quite irking. I'm thinking of putting this game off until it plays flawlessly, since I'm quite used to playing emulated games on 2x speed which the PS2 ones were capable of doing. Also, I heard there is a DLC to the game giving additional scenarios and characters(?), but I couldn't really find it and got confused in the process. How does one acquire the DLC and make it work on PPSSPP?

I read somewhere that it's already in the game, just needs to be activated through internet connection. Is there any way to work around this if true?
