It has a 9' rifled barrel stepped towards the breech end (11 ½” overall). The left side of the frame is crisply stamped 'Best English Make'. The top of the barrel block is correctly marked 'The Lincoln Air Pistol'. The frame, trigger, butt cap, barrel release catch and extended trigger guard/ cocking bar are stamped with matching numbers '694/ 94'.

The loading tap has very faint partially visible patent detail ‘Patent 8246/06’ and underside of the cocking lever ‘BSA Patents 873-10 RD479972’.
